WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to process. Please keep in mind, if your order includes a pre-order item, your entire order will be shipped out together within 72 hours of the item becoming available/in stock. Estimated in stock date for pre-order items is located on the top of the page of that product.

SHIPPING

We ship to all 50 states via USPS and Canada via UPS. The shipping methods offered during checkout depends on the total weight of the items in your order.

We are not responsible for customs and duty fees for Canada.

SHIPPING RATES

We are currently shipping to the US and Canada only.

PRE-ORDERS

If your order includes a pre-order item, your entire order will be shipped out together within 72 hours from the time the pre-order item becomes available/in stock. Estimated in-stock date is located on the top of the page of the pre-order product.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Seoul Sunny gladly accepts returns of unopened products for a full refund or exchange within 21 days of original purchase. Return must be received and processed within 14 days to receive a refund to the original form of payment. Customer is reponsible for the cost to ship back the item and tracking number. Please email orders@seoulsunny.com to start a return.

PRICE MATCH

You will always get the best prices here at Seoul Sunny. When we have sales, the price gets even better. However, we do not price match or do price matches if your order was placed outside the sale date. We apologize for any inconvenience.

CANCEL ORDER

Request to cancel an order must be made before the shipment confirmation email is sent. Please email support@seoulsunny.com to cancel your order.
